The Governing Board
The affairs of the Council are conducted by a Governing Board elected at the Annual General Meetings and consist of The President, Deputy and Vice Presidents, All Past Presidents, 8 elected members, representatives of the Federal Ministries of Finance, Education and National Insurance Commission not below the rank of Director, at least 6 Chairmen of the Council’s Area Committees and the Executive Secretary who is an Ex-Officio member.
